Nonprofit Work

Work for Nonprofit Organizations

In the Human Element network, we are committed to making a difference in people’s work and life through the use of our methodologies. To that end, we not only provide services to businesses, but also offer our services to organizations whose missions speak to our hearts. Below are some of these organizations. If you would like to learn more about their work, please visit their websites through the links included here.

The Hunger Project

The Hunger Project is a non-profit charitable organization committed to the sustainable end of world hunger.

We are very honored to be able to contribute to the strategic planning, implementation, and success of The Hunger Project. The mission of The Hunger Project and the mission of The Human Element are similar and complementary — holistic, sustainable human change, where people become the agents of their own development.

As an implementing partner of The Hunger Project, we provide Human Element training, consulting, and coaching support for the leadership team, country directors, Sweden and Netherlands teams, and headquarters staff.

Working toward the end of hunger is not an easy task. Through The Human Element training our leadership team has had the opportunity to develop both themselves but most importantly the way we work together. The approach has helped us to become more open in our communication, which has made it possible to identify areas where we might risk to get stuck and create solutions for resolving them. Through creating a clear purpose for our leadership team meetings, in combination with open and clear communication, we have become much more efficient, even in matters of complexity. This supports us in confidently and effectively working toward our ultimate target: the end of hunger.
