This workshop is intended to fill the gap left by most business education by systematically helping people to increase their personal capacities necessary to become an effective leader—someone who others willingly and enthusiastically want to follow.
This program is Powered by The Human Element—a systematic approach for improving the way people work together leading to greater accomplishment of goals and better individual, team, and organizational performance. The Human Element was created by Dr. Will Schutz and is based on over 50 years of research and application of his FIRO Theory (Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation). It combines the best of both behavioral science and experiential adult learning, using a theoretical framework, scientifically validated assessments, experiential methodologies, and feedback. By dealing with root causes rather than superficial behaviors, The Human Element approach promotes profound changes in individual self-regard resulting in increased emotional and social intelligence, enhanced creativity, greater personal clarity, focus and conviction, more authenticity, increased trust, and greater personal satisfaction.
Leadership Powered by The Human Element is an interactive workshop loaded with practical tools.
