Licensed Human Element Practitioner Program

The Licensed Human Element Practitioner (LHEP) program will certify you to use The Human Element approach for organizational development, training, consulting, coaching, and facilitation.

When you complete the program, which takes place over an 11-month period, you will refine your group leadership and facilitation skills and become licensed to use the full range of the FIRO^®-based instruments and methodologies including:
