The Human Element course. This comprehensive workshop is highly experiential and covers the entire Human Element approach. It includes two parts:
Part I. Awareness is devoted to personal awareness and creating an open atmosphere in which people can solve problems.
Part II. Organizational Solutions addresses the major organizational application areas of teamwork, work relations, and decision-making by building upon the concepts and knowledge gained from Part I.
