Welcome! This website is the new home of The Human Element—a place for information and resources. We have kept it separate from any direct services that we, The Schutz Company, may offer, so that this is a support for you without competition from us. There are two main audiences for the site, potential customers and practitioners.
Potential customers can use this website to learn more about the methodology that you, the consultant, use. It will give them information about The Human Element, show them that it is an established and credible method, and provide them with resources they can use to sell your programs inside their companies.
Potential practitioners will be able to learn about The Human Element and the instruments, read background about the work, and get a sense of the global community of Human Element practitioners. For those of you who are already practitioners, this will be a place to find resources, read the latest news, read (or even write) blogs, and connect with Partners in other countries. Soon, you will be able to list yourself as a Human Element practitioner as well.
At the moment we have a number of articles and four case studies on the site. These are free downloads and can be helpful for your clients. We are actively looking for more articles and case studies. If you have an interest in contributing, please let me know. In the coming weeks, we'll send you more information about what's available on the site, and how you can take advantage of it. As always, we invite your feedback and comments. We hope that you will find the website useful.
