Dutch Treat at The Human Element European Update

This year, international partner Always a Choice, will host The Human Element European Update, May 12-15 in The Netherlands. This year’s focus will be on FIRO Theory as the Pillar for Sustainable Change. Ludo Hof and Sjaak Kolvenbach will explore how FIRO Theory and The Human Element add value and support current developments among organizations.

Special guest presenter, Max Herold, author of An Introduction to Spiral Dynamics, will discuss the theory and offer insight on the levels of development among individuals, organizations and cultures—and its relation to FIRO Theory.

Held at the Baak Seaside, the European Update is also a time to renew old friendships, make new ones, and discover how your colleagues are using The Human Element in their work.
